The Kings College London Act 1997 (c iii) is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom on the governance structure of Kings College, London.

The Act makes various amendments to the structure of the College, and its governance.

Among its provisions, section 15 requires that just over one-third of the Council, the governing body of Kings, is elected by staff and students. There has not, however, been an "appointed day" under section 3 for this to take effect, over two decades after its passage through Parliament.
